About Us

We are Real Estate Investors. We specialize in buying over-leveraged property. Our company works closely with homeowners and Realtors to purchase distressed property in markets throughout Southern California.

We have a stream lined system to buy homes with negative equity. It starts with an immediate cash offer on properties that qualify. This is an important benefit to the homeowner. Instead of months of listing the property on the MLS, our cash offer to purchase helps to bring a faster resolution and limits the damage to the homeowner's credit.
